Meet Our Staff

Kelsi

My name is Kelsi Chambers. I have lived in Knoxville my entire life. I am a 1994 graduate of Knoxville High School and have an associates degree from DMACC in Fashion Merchandising. I began working at Eye Health Solutions in August of 2000.

I have been certified by the American Board of Opticianry since 2002. In 2010, I received my Paraoptometric certification. I have recently moved from the optical department to the front desk.  I enjoy seeing all of our patients and helping them get their needs met while in the office or on the phone.  I am married to Todd and we have one daughter, Harper. I love to travel especially to Disney and the Florida Gulf Coast. 

Deanna

My name is Deanna Arkema. I am a 1999 graduate of Central College with a degree in Elementary Education.  In my free time I enjoy reading, singing, traveling and spending time with my husband, Joel, and our children Liam and Elly.

I have been working as part of the optical staff and as an optometric technician at Eye Health Solutions since 2004. I have been certified by the American Board of Opticianry since 2008 and received my Paraoptometric certification in 2014. I truly enjoy all aspects of my job, especially assisting our patients with their eye wear needs.

Lydia

My name is Lydia Anderson.  I graduated Columbia College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. I joined the Eye Health Solutions team in 2011.  I received my Paraoptometric Certification from the American Optometric Association in 2014.  I have worked in the front desk area, back in patient care and currently take care of our billing department.  In my free time I enjoy doing outdoor activites such as hunting and fishing with my husband, Reggie, and spending time with our family and friends. Reggie and I have two sons, Barrett and Hoyt.

Matt

My name is Matt Harvey. I am a 2003 graduate of Knoxville High School and a 2007 graduate of Central College with a degree in Sociology. I started at Eye Health Solutions in 2011 and I am an optical technician. In 2018, I earned my certification as a Certified Para Optometric.  In my free time I enjoy attending church functions, watching movies and cheering for the Hawkeyes! GO HAWKS!!! 

Hannah

My name is Hannah Smith. I graduated from Knoxville High School in 2010 and I have three boys Carson, Owen and Aiden. In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading, baking and going to the movies. I started working at Eye Health Solutions in 2022 as a front desk receptionist.

Allison

My name is Allison Smith. I am a 2008 graduate of Knoxville High School. I started at Eye Health Solutions in 2022 as a technician but have since moved to optical! I live in Knoxville with my 2 girls - Kinley and Taylor. We like to be outside when it's nice out. In my spare time I like to read books and go for walks. I am excited to be a part of the Eye Health Solutions team and assisting our patients!
